refunds and returns
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our bedding in the 60 days from purchase, we will be happy for you to return the product and receive a full refund on your purchase. No questions asked.
To be eligible for a return and full refund, your sheets or accessories must be:
- unused (unwashed) and in the same condition that you received it,
- in the original packaging
- with a receipt or proof of purchase (ie order number)
A $20 processing administration fee will apply for:
- items with obvious signs of use (including sheets being washed)
- items with damage or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
If you need to return an item, send us an email at email@example.com to commence the process of the return.
We gladly exchange items if they have a manufacturing defect or damaged. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage or incorrect product, and your invoice number. We will take care of you!
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

The purchaser is responsible for the cost of postage of any returned item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
